Quality Policy

The Top Management of Pro-Align recognises that the disciplines of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Mangement are an integral part of their management functions. The Company views these as a primary responsibility and to be the key to good business in adopoting apropriate Quality Standards.

1. Quality Manual
The Quality Manual covers the following areas:
  • Statement of our Policy
  • Sets out our objectives
  • Outlines the system documentation
  • Address the ISO9001:2000 clause for Management Responsibility.
  • Refers to procedures and other documents where the remaining clauses are dealt with in greater detail.
2. Quality Procedures
Documented Quality Procedures. These specify controls on activities which may affect the quality of service. In addition to these procedures, specific quality plans may be developed.
3. Forms and Reports
The use of these documents may be referred to in procedures and quality plans.
