I would just like to tell you about my visit to Drury Lane diagnostic center in Oldham.  My van was so far out, it needed adjusting to take a reading. The team there were so good, they were able to sort the problems out, with the help of the Hunter Alignment System my van handles and drives like new. I would like to strongly recommend anyone with steering problems to vist them as they are the best.

Last week I contacted you regarding my troublesome wheel balance problems, you kindly forwarded some info as to the nearest Hunter GSP 9700 machine......

I have today spent 2 hours with Steve Wood of Scanfreight UK at Great Bromley near Colchester and he has managed to work an absolute miracle.

By taking the trouble of turning the tyres on the rims, re-seating them correctly and balancing them PROPERLY on the Hunter machine, we have ended up with approximately 1/3rd of the original balance weights added and the tyre tread "looks right" when the wheel is rotated.

I am pleased and somewhat surprised to be able to report that all vibration is now gone (at all speeds), the ride is noticeably smoother and the vagueness I was experiencing in the steering at high speed now eliminated.

No less than 3 other people have attempted this and failed miserably.

OK so I have had to pay a bit more but the result is the perfection that I have been after for a long while.

Just thought I'd let you know in case you get any other "problem" cars !

Following this I contacted

Eden Tyre Sales Ltd Derby, Derbyshire and on Saturday went and used them to do the tracking and use the Hunter GSP9700 Vibration Control Unit.

This has now sorted my vibration !!!!!!!!!

VERY PLEASED! I contact you ...... went to Eden Tyres (ETS) and in one day I get everything sorted!

I have spent well in excess of £1,000 and months trying to cure the vibration in my car... This includes having tracking and balancing done at many many multiple places - and (without boring you!) many new parts including driveshafts / bearings / hubs / brake disks calipers / bushes / wheels and multiple tyres at garages costing - £££££££££££ as you can imagine!

I would like to say that the dealer Eden tyres (ETS) ...Does your product proud too!!!! Eden Tyres (ETS) take great care of your car and wheels! The place is excellent very clean and tidy and importantly has the latest equipment.

So in summary an excellent product and used by an excellent dealer!

I am in an owners club with 4,000 members who have all been advised of this and ANYONE I ever encounter will also be advised!

Just to let you know that I went to Loudwater Tyres as you suggested and I just got back. They are the most helpful, friendly and reasonable people you could meet! They also did a first class job on the alignment and together we solved the problem of why my car was pulling so badly after the local Mercedes dealer had two goes at it and never got it right! Their Director, Sandy McNicol, took personal interest in my problem and went out on a couple of road tests with me to understand what I was concerned about. His son, James, did the work and I would recommend them MOST HIGHLY. First class personal service!
