Installation Engineer – Full Time (Permanent)


Based from our offices in Towcester and reporting to the Aftersales Manager the principle duties are installing our wide range of equipment at customers sites located throughout the UK.
The equipment range covers Wheel Aligners and Vehicle Lifts (4 Post and Scissor), Tyre Changers and Wheel Balancers. Please see our website www.pro-align.co.uk for our full equipment range.

A suitable candidate would be a hard working self motivated individual with good customer skills. Experience within a similar role in the automotive trade would be advantageous but all candidates with a good technical ability will be considered as full product training is given.

A standard week is 40hrs with some early starts, late finishes and fully expensed overnight stays.

A Full driving licence is essential.

Salary range is between £17,000 – £20,000 (depending on experience).

Sales Support/Telesales Region 1 – Full Time (Permanent)


As part of the Pro-Align expansion we now have available a new position, to be based at our Towcester Offices, in support of our sales team in Region 1 (Midland- North)

A pro-active role, with time spent identifying new and existing prospects, through using our Contact Management System – Goldmine and the Internet.  To then make initial contact, often by telephone to filter and provide an insight to theses prospects, helping them to learn more about the revenue and profit opportunities that alignment (primarily) can bring. Where interest is generated, the aim is then to progress the prospect to a meaningful and constructive appointment/demonstration with the locally based Region 1 sales team.

The candidate should ideally have some telesales or direct selling experience, be IT literate and have used contact management software previously. The position would suit someone who is self motivated, well organised and thrive on the challenges of sales environment.  Working individually and also within a small team. Training on our systems organisation products will be provided. Reporting to Regional Sales Manager- Region1

Salary £15,500 – £17,000 (depending on experience) plus commission based on the sales made to Region 1 with a quarterly target and commission, paid quarterly plus company benefits

(‘On target sales’ from the region would earn additionally around £2000 per annum.)

Workshop / Stores Assistant – Full Time (Permanent)

 
Based at Pro-Align Offices and Warehouse in Towcester, the position would suit an individual with both some mechanical and electrical knowledge. The job would be very varied and cover involvement in the following areas:
• Assembly of new equipment
• Parts Preparation ready for despatch to Engineers & Customers
• Receipt/Unloading of goods – Loading for equipment dispatch
• Stock Take
• General upkeep of the workshop and monitoring of consumables
• Deputising the Stores Controller when absent or busy
• Other duties associated with a busy Stores/Aftersales Department

(Naturally some of these duties would, in the early stages, involve working with another member of staff.)

A forklift truck licence would be preferred (although training would be provided for the right candidate), in addition to a full driving licence.

Salary will be in the region of £17,000 – £18,000 (depending on experience) and includes company benefits.

Marketing Assistant – Full Time (Permanent)

   
The Marketing Assistant role will be in support of the Marketing/PR Director, in the day to day marketing operation of the company and help drive campaigns along. As a small department you will be expected to be involved in all areas, comprising of;

• Pro-Align Website work
• Assist in the development of e-commerce eg. social media, online promotion, e-newsletter etc
• Assist in the planning and organisation of any exhibitions and events
• Liaising with publishing companies for advertising & PR
• Liaising with and overseeing of the production of promotional materials
• Help with planning and develop existing and new exciting marketing projects.
• Answering the telephone and departmental administration /organisation

The position would ideally suit a candidate that has some marketing or promotional knowledge/techniques, excellent written and verbal communication, strong administrative, organisational and IT skills. To be comfortable in the use of social media eg Twitter, Facebook, Linked in etc.

The candidate should be self motivated, be able to work to deadlines and work on multiple projects at one time. Attention to detail and have a flexible approach is essential.

A willingness to learn about our product range. Full training on our systems, organisation and products will be provided.

Salary is in the region of £15k – £17k (depending on experience) incl. company benefits.
