The GSP9700 measures tyre forces known as Radial Force Variation (RFV) and Lateral Force Measurement (LFM), which have been incredibly difficult to identify and virtually impossible to measure until now! It does it by taking the wheel and tyre
assembly on a simulated road test, applying a load via the roller. Once RFV is identified the balancer advises ‘ForceMatching’™ - matching the stiff spot on the tyre with the low spot on the wheel rim, - thus giving a smoother ride. Where LFM is highlighted follow the steps to reposition the wheels for a straight drive!
