Keep customers fully informed with the progress of the alignment, by emailing the report of service/ adjustment work or completed work directly to them at home, the office or to a Smartphone. Direct links to more comprehensive video explanations of service are included.
Alternatively send the report by email to your own to reception desk to show to waiting customers or for onward processing and forwarding to customer by the service receptionist. The alignment information can also be forwarded for warranty validation, insurance claims or other business purposes.
