I joined Pro-Align in early 1998, as an Engineer and even way back then we always considered Aftersales to be a very important part of any equipment purchase. I have now been with the company 13 years and have been Aftersales Manager for the past 8 years and seen the company and department expand, but the quality and high level of aftersales service still remains key.
We have an extremely strong, professional and enthusiastic team, with a wealth of experience. We currently have; 13 Engineers, providing full nationwide coverage in highly equipped vans, holding optimum capacity of spares and tooling to service your needs fully. As specialists, our engineers knowledge base of the products is extensive.
Our telephone helpline is the first port of call when backup and support is needed. We take pride in what we do and are all proud to be part of the Pro-Align team.
