At Pro-Align we aim to be transparent in the level of service we offer, and as part of this we monitor our ‘Service Achievement Times’ to any reported faults or breakdown (this includes affecting a repair and/or leaving the unit operational). 

We so are confident in our ability that we publish a Service Achievement Time of 48hours.  However, 'click' on the button below to see just how frequently we achieve 24hrs!
