Here at Pro-Align we pride ourselves in the aftersales care we provide to all our customers, new and old. We believe the aftercare you receive is as important as the initial sale itself. That is why we provide the Helpline to assist you in your alignment needs.

Whether it's not being able to locate a vehicle in the database, to wanting advice on the alignment results gained, we are here to HELP.

On the occasion you have a difficulty, call the Helpline, a problem or perceived fault can often be dealt with over the phone minimising your downtime. Accidents do happen with garage equipment, we realise the importance of your wheel alignment system and will do everything we can to get your equipment fully serviceable again in the shortest time possible, usually within 48 hours of the reported fault.

We are also here to assist with any car adjustment and operation advice. We even offer customers access to a online retail alignment site for motorists to help find a well equipped and professional workshop, assisting in generating extra work - where required.

The Helpline is manned between 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 09:00 - 17:00 on Friday. A answer machine service is provided for "out of hours" calls. You can be sure your message will be dealt with promptly on the next working day.

Pre-Alignment checks are just as important as the Wheel Alignment itself

Prior to carrying out your alignment check it is advised to check for excessive wear in suspension components, condition and inflation of tyres. This may ultimately save time and money when diagnosing alignment problems.

Cant always get the steering wheel straight after adjustment?

After performing the diagnosis stage of the wheel alignment, prior to fitting the steering wheel clamp, it is advisable to start the engine and turn the steering wheel side to side to equalise the power steering fluid. This has been found to assist in ensuring a straight steering wheel position after adjustments have been made.
