On-Site Training

Pro-Align is always happy to discuss the best "on-site" training approach with our customers at installation of new equipment. This allows ultimate flexibility for both parties.

Typically our installation engineer/trainer will introduce himself to management upon arrival, ensure the intended installation area is read to accommodate new equipment and give an estimated time required to acheive installation. At this time we ask for the names and number of nominated trainees, this allows our customer to prepare the chosen trainees whilst we setup the equipment.

The chosen trainees will join our trainer once equipment installation is complete.

Our trainer follows the training detailed below:

• Introduction, Pro-Aligns background and talk about the equipment supplied
• A hands on training session with a suitable vehicle to allow the trainees to get to grips with using the new equipment. Emphasis is placed on familiarity.
• Any remaining questions are answered and printed quick operating instruction sheets are supplied with our helpline numbers to the trainees, bringing the session to an end.

A training session may last as long as four hours, depending on the level of experience the trainees have. We prefer to train smaller groups, up to four, of key trainees in order to acheive the best results and personal attention.
