Why buy from Pro-Align? |
Pro-Align are the market leader in the supply of computer based four-wheel aligners. We are able to supply all equipment for setting up a four-wheel alignment bay in your workshop. Today having the right specification of lift and matching the lift to the aligner are all considerations. Pro-Align can supply your Aligner, Alignment Lift, Weight Sets and Accessories. |
Do you supply the cheapest equipment? |
No we do not, but we do supply proven market leading products at very competative prices. We offer the products with some of the highest return on investment and can tailor equipment and finance package, if required. |
Why is there such a range of prices for new PC Aligners? |
Some Aligners are designed for low usage and have reduced features. For example a rural car dealership (often only buying to fulfil a franchise obligation) will clearly not have the same level of requirements as a busy professional garage/tyreshop. |
Surely a hang on system is accurate enough? |
Absolutely not. Generally all car manufacturers require 'run-out' compensation to be performed ahead of alignment readings. Hanging on a tracking system will not allow for errors in the wheel rim or the fixture itself. Some german car manufacturers allow run-out to be bypassed, but only when using a special 'approved' adaptor. You have to read lights on scales and interpolate between the numbers shown. |
Why am I now requiring simultaneous four-wheel alignment? |
The way the car drives is a function of the alignment angles of all four wheels. So just to measure the fronts, for example, means the job is incomplete and a come back/liability may result. |
Are many of these Aligners all doing the same job? |
All Aligners will do alignment to varying degrees of completeness, even assuming for a moment that all aligners were equal, which clearly they are not, then look closely at the quality of the company selling to you. When alignment starts working for your busniess, i.e. generating good revenue, only then does downtime become critical. We at Pro-Align know how important your aligner is to your business and reflect this in the way we support our customer via our Aftersales Department. All companies say they offer good after sale service - so speak to their customer base and check out the detail. |
How is your Aftersales different from other equipment suppliers |
We specialise in alignment equipment. All our equipment is PC based and our engineers are fully PC literate. The engineers are not having to spread skills thinly between numerous manufacturers products. Each engineer has had formal, and documented, training from both factory and our senior employees. Each engineer at Pro-Align has completed some alignment work on cars using equipment ensuring they are knowledgeable about everything you may need. |
