Installation Engineer – Full Time (Permanent)
Based from our offices in Towcester and reporting to the Sales Director the principle duties are installing our wide range of equipment at customers sites located throughout the UK. The role will also include working in our Towcester workshop building and preparing equipment for installation and other general workshop duties.
The equipment range covers Wheel Aligners and Vehicle Lifts (4 Post and Scissor), Tyre Changers and Wheel Balancers.
A suitable candidate would be a hard working self-motivated individual with good customer care skills. Experience within a similar role in the automotive trade or similar industrial field would be advantageous but all candidates with a good technical ability will be considered as full product training is given.
A standard week is 40hrs with some early starts, late finishes and fully expensed overnight stays.
A Full UK driving licence is essential.
Starting salary is in the region of £18,000 – £27,000 per annum depending on experience.
Marketing Executive – Creative Copywriter & Social Media – Full Time (Permanent)
This role is an exciting new opportunity to join our small Marketing team, based at our offices in Towcester. Would suit a mid-level creative copy writer and social media marketing professional, with an appetite to broaden marketing skills, within our small marketing team, to help drive and expand our B2B communication/ reach across a broad Aftersales sector.
The role demands you to have imagination, flair and a passion, delivering strong engaging copy and content, that’s consistent with brand tone and style. Gaining greater engagement through a broad range of e-commerce and multi media, communicating a deeper understanding of our products solutions as well as the company’s wider benefits and in doing so raise our competitive edge. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
Essential Skill and Experience required:
You need to have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in similar creative copy writer /social media marketing focused role, preferably supported by a relevant Marketing/Creative writing/ PR degree or CIM diploma with proven portfolio of work.
You will need to be a cheerful and confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills. A strong work ethic is a must – self-motivated, diligent, working on own initiative but also a strong team player. You should be well organised, flexible, and happy to embrace change / challenges including delivering to deadlines under pressure. You should also be innovative, with design flair with a good eye for detail.
Some artistic/graphic design and or car/automotive interest would be advantageous
You need to be comfortable with occasional travel with nights away and have a full clean driving licence. This is a very much hands on role where your input will make a direct difference.
Salary range : £23,000 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience

Service Engineer – Leeds, Wakefield, Barnsley/South Yorkshire – Full Time (Permanent)
Field based and reporting to the Aftersales Manager
The position would suit an individual with experience of the automotive industry although but not essential as full product training will be provided. A proven record of excellent communication skills, attention to detail along with mechanical and electrical knowledge including a basic understanding of PCs will be required. Based from home the successful applicant will be supplied with the necessary equipment to carry out the role fully including a company van. Full clean driving licence is essential.
Essential Job Functions
Attending customer sites throughout the UK, to carry out the following functions:
Calibrations – Calibrating equipment to ensure measuring sensors are within the tolerances laid down by the manufacturer, and restoring to these setting where required.
Each product has its own calibration fixture and tools, for which the engineer is responsible for their condition. The procedure for the calibration is laid down within the program of the relevant product and should be followed. Relevant documentation is completed and signatures are obtained.
Servicing – Servicing equipment to our multiple point check service schedule.
Rectification’s – The engineer is to rectify reported faults using fault finding techniques, component replacement and procedures learned on product training to ensure the full operation of customers equipment.
Date Upgrades – Installation of data upgrades to customer’s equipment.
Training – Provide training for customers on basic operation of equipment.
Starting salary will be in the region of £20,000 – £29,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity to progress, plus company benefits.
