Current Opportunities

General Administrator – Full Time (Temporary 6 month contract)

The position offered is varied, principal duties within the Aftersales department include; taking telephone calls and assisting customers with their requests, passing calls to the relevant person or taking messages where necessary. Interpreting customer requirements for vehicle information, sourcing data from our databases and forwarding by fax / email. Collating engineer’s job sheets, invoicing, inputting information on Goldmine (our contact management database) and forwarding completed calibration certificates. Assisting the Helpline Controller with administrative duties such as typing, faxing and emailing customers, booking service calls, collating job sheets, updating spreadsheets and producing reports.  Duties within Sales Administration to include; preparing sales quotes and processing orders.  To actively maintain and verify the data held on the company database through phone calls to customer sites. To collect additional customer details such as email addresses, changes of key contacts and customer profile information.

Skills & Experience required: Strong administration, computer proficient with good Microsoft Office knowledge, previous use of CMS and accounts (Sage) systems would be beneficial. 

The position offered is full time (Mon-Thurs 9:00 am to 5:30 pm including 1 hour lunch, Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm including half hour lunch).

Starting salary is in the region of £17,000 – £18,000 per annum depending on experience.

Installation Engineer – (Permanent)

The position of Installation Engineer,  would suit an individual with good communication skills coupled with some mechanical, electrical and PC knowledge.  The job is varied and covers involvement in the following areas:

  • Delivery and installation of equipment to site
  • Assembly of new equipment
  • Training of customers on new equipment
  • Carrying out calibrations/upgrades on equipment when required
  • Other duties associated with a busy Aftersales / Sales Department

A proven driving record is required.

A standard week is 40 hours with early starts, late finishes and overnight stays as required.

Starting salary is in the region of £20,000 – £29,000 per annum depending on experience.

Field Sales Executive – Full-Time (Permanent)

This position of Field Sales Executive, would suit a self-motivated individual with experience of the automotive industry, although full product training will be provided.

Based from home (location ideally in SW Birmingham, Wolverhampton, or along the Hereford/Worcester/Shropshire borders) selling in the Birmingham, West Midlands and Wales area. The successful applicant will be supplied with the necessary equipment to carry out the role fully including a company van and mobile phone supplied for business use.

The principal role is to sell wheel service equipment, primarily alignment equipment and accessories to end users within the specified territory. The position is varied and includes lead generation via telephone, prospecting and visit making. Managing the sales process from beginning through to installation completion and beyond.

Working alongside other members of the sales force, Sales Executives are responsible for achieving individual, regional and departmental revenue targets.

The successful candidate must be computer literate as prospecting records, notes and diaries are kept on contact management software on the company laptop provided.

Overnight stops away may be necessary to enable effective overage at outlying reaches of the territory.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Capital equipment sales experience with a proven sales track record.
  • A proven record of excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience of contact management software packages would be beneficial.
  • A full clean driving license and proven driving record is required.

Starting salary in the region of £23,000 to £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus commission would result in gross salary average £34,000 – £38,000 OTE.
