Installation Engineer – Full Time (Permanent)
Based from our offices in Towcester and reporting to the Operations Manager the principle duties are installing our wide range of equipment at customers sites located throughout the UK. The role will also include working in our Towcester workshop building and preparing equipment for installation and other general workshop duties.
The equipment range covers Wheel Aligners and Vehicle Lifts (4 Post and Scissor), Tyre Changers and Wheel Balancers.
A suitable candidate would be a hard working self-motivated individual with good customer care skills. Experience within a similar role in the automotive trade or similar industrial field would be advantageous but all candidates with a good technical ability will be considered as full product training is given.
A standard week is 40hrs with some early starts, late finishes and fully expensed overnight stays.
A Full UK driving license is essential.
Starting salary is in the region of £18,000 – £27,000 per annum depending on experience.
Sales & Marketing Assistant – Full Time (Permanent)
As a Sales & Marketing assistant, the position offered is varied and the principal duties split across the two areas include;
• Website – updates on a regular basis as and when requested, adding new content, setting up and monitoring new accounts to AlignMyCar
• Social Media – assisting with Social Media posts
• eMarketing – assisting with email campaigns
• Exhibitions & Events – supporting the business to plan and organise any exhibitions and events throughout the year
• Advertising & PR – help and co-ordinate with any publication to ensure deadlines are met
• Special Projects – assist with the planning and development of any new or existing marketing projects
• Taking telephone calls and assisting customers with their requests, passing calls to the relevant person or taking messages where necessary,
• Preparing sales quotes and processing orders.
To actively maintain and verify the data held on the company database through phone calls to customer sites and data entry onto our customer management system, collecting additional customer details such as email addresses, changes of key contacts and customer profile information.
Taking, when available, incoming calls for all departments. Covering general duties for other departments/colleagues in the event of absence, sickness or work overload situations. Administration of IMI training courses and arranging attendees. Conducting customer satisfaction calls. Postal and any other administrative and supporting duties as required within a busy sales company.
Skills & Experience required:.
Knowledge in the fundamentals of Marketing, with experience of working in a Sales and Marketing environment would be an advantage. Strong administration skills, proficient in working with Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Proficient with Database’s and understanding data, knowledge of Sage CRM and Accounts would be an advantage, but training can be given.
A flexible approach is required and may require occasional nights away. Full clean driving licence.
Starting salary is in the region of £18,000 – £20,000 per annum depending on experience.
