I am pleased to have this opportunity to introduce you to the aftersales team and offer you a chance to provide feedback to me personally on the service and care you have received.
As a business we know how important service support and backup is, and sadly, from experiences and some of the stories we hear, not every supplier treats aftersales service and support as importantly as Pro-Align do!
We have invested heavily in full aftersales coverage throughout the UK and Ireland with a team of over 25 members of staff who are all qualified and trained to cope with any workshop emergency. For the last 2 years we happily boast a 98% 48 hour response time on all aftersales callouts, this means that we not only attended a breakdown but either fixed the problem all together or put motions in place to make sure we could fix it as soon as possible.
