Investing in greater service training
Customers have come to expect great customer service from Pro-Align, however, we are never complacent, and are always striving to take our service and standards to even greater levels, through improving practices, standards and knowledge.
The extent of the Pro-Align reinvestment in team knowledge and training was demonstrated, this month, when one-third of the company spent a week at Hunters training facility, out in St Louis, Missouri, USA.
The 20 strong teams consisting of Sales, Aftersales, Installation and Managers spent four intensive days of classroom and practical sessions. All sessions were tailored, with Installation and Aftersales teams getting to grips with all the in-depth technical training and servicing requirements for all the Hunter systems. Sales were taken step by step through all the Hunter system’s, discovering new and exciting methodology behind the design and function, all to the benefit to the end user. There were a few surprises, of which will be revealed later in the year!
The team have come back buzzing and impressed by Hunters exacting standards of design, engineering, build and the utmost care taken to deliver complete wheel servicing equipment that puts garage and workshop service deliverance and business at its heart!
